The mission statement is inscribed in the emblem of the college since its inception.
The vision and mission of the college is communicated by printing in the prospectus, displaying on the boards and writing on the entry gate of the college.

About The Society
The Jigyasa Seva Sansthan Jhansi is working in education field since 2005. The society aims at imparting higher education to the people of our state by running higher educational colleges. The society has been successfully running under graduate and post graduate courses in emerging areas. Apart from this society has been also working in the field of Law Education at Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Law College Girwan, Banda (U.P.).
Law College has been defined on the special principles.

INTRODUCTION
DR. B. R. AMBEDKAR LAW COLLEGE
Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh have two Commissionaires & seven districts. Dr. B R Ambedkar Law College Girwan (Banda) is the only College of legal education in Banda of Chitrakoot Divison, which is run by “Jigyasa Seva Sansthan” The College was founded in 2005. This college was founded under the guidance of Dr Babulal Tiwari a native of village Jarar, district Banda, who is presently working on the post of Principal in Bundelkhand degree College. Legal education in college in progressing day by day. Dr B R Ambedkar Law College Girwan ( banda ) , a concept in Bundelkhand region and is the manifestation of Dr. Kamlesh Sharma’s inspiration where there is full sufficiency of learning & teaching method, practical knowledge of legal studies. This is the third College of Law affiliated to Bundelkhand University Jhansi. This is leading College in accordance to the vision of scientific system of teaching. Path of self- reliance is shown to students who are oriented towards legal profession after completion of the course.
The College is recognized under State University Act 1973. Section 37 (2) as self- funded for L.L. B (three-year) program. Institution will follow the guidelines mentioned under mandate 85170-2-2003-16 (92) dated 02 July 2003 and the mandate Sn0- 410870-2-2007 dated October 17, 2007 and in reference have been awarded with B certificate after inspection done By Bundelkhand university. Bar Council of India had granted the College with 160 seats, the number was later increased by 20 seats, taking in consideration of examination result of 2010-11 Session also 60 seats were affiliated for integrated B.A L.L.B course by U.P Government and Bar Council of India for 2010-11 Session. As per the guidelines of the Bundelkhand university admission for legal studies are done on basis of Entrance examination/ Merit, and the Bar Council 's guidelines are followed strictly Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Law College Girwan (Banda) is recognized as SFS under section 2(F) & 12 (B) by UGC. Because of the location and facilities in college, Bundelkhand University considers the college as the Private centre of examination for B.A. & M.A wherein students of nearby area, can appear for private examination of higher education. Due to which students of village region, who fails to take higher academic education, don’t have to face inconvenience The College receives an equal cooperation of intelligent, social service individuals of the region. There are approx. 535 students who are persuading legal education in the field of law and are regularly attending the lectures.
